Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your artwork preview, you can work with our artists until you are happy or get a full refund. Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your artwork is approved. We also cannot offer refunds when ordering the ‘digital’ type but expect a physical copy.
Just a friendly reminder: for now, we only sell digital prints. This means you’ll receive your order by email, and you can print it as many times as you want, in any size you like, to do whatever you wish!
