We send our work to customers via email within 2 days for review. It may take a little longer during busy times if there’s a high volume of orders. We recommend adding the “Jump The Queue” option to receive your artwork preview quicker. This is available in ‘Your Cart’ once a product has been added.
Please note that after sending your artwork preview, if we do not hear from you within 3 days, we will auto-approve your artwork to prevent delays. The email may land in your spam or junk mail folder, so please check there as well.
